When tasting, remember you will be thinking:
-Is the wine sharp?
-Does it make your tongue feel dry?
-Is it brisk?
-Do the flavors match the smell?
-Can you name a fruit, spice or minerals?
-Does the alcohol burn you?
You will then be able to go back, smell it again and conclude whether your tastes buds welcome it. I am here to excite your palate and introduce you to the wines of the world.
