Zippy and fresh with tropical fruit aromas jumping out of the glass. Notes of melon,passion fruit and guava make this wine absolutely moreish. Complement seafood, sushi, pasta, chicken and veal dishes.

Winemaking:
One of the standouts from the 2024 vintage was the amazing analysis of the white cultivars. Sauvignon Blanc performs best if it show a wide range of fruit aromas and have legs in terms of maturing potential. Now that occurs when you have a bright natural acidity and a low pH. This was the case in 2024 and though we will only see in time, we are very excited by the potential at this point.
