Winemaking:
The 2024 vintage was one of the shortest and ended soonest in recent times. The Cinsault benefited from this in that the accumulation of highly concentrated fruit flavors happened rapidly and we were able to capture that by picking at the optimal time. The result is bags of freshness in the wine and loads of bright and pure summer fruit flavors.
