On the nose, the wine exudes earthiness, dark spices, with hints of liquorice and vanilla. Blackberries, red plum and raspberry dominate, giving off a luscious and inviting aroma. The red and dark fruit flavours perceived on the nose carry through to the palate, and offer a long chalky finish with chocolate undertones. This wine pairs excellently with a variety of dishes, such as grilled meat and slow-cooked meat dishes.

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness at the end of February 2023. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and went through
malolactic fermentation in barrels. The wine was matured for 16 months, in French oak barrels. Bottled in March 2025.
