IN THE CELLAR
Once delivered to our cellar, hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are crushed and then transferred to fermentation tanks, where they are left to ferment for approximately seven days. Juice is drawn off on skins to enhance the wine’s colour and flavour intensity, after which the wine is selectively matured in French oak for up to two months prior to bottling.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Enjoy this wine with grilled lamb chops, pepper steak pie or chili con carne. Serve between 12-14 °C for optimal enjoyment.
