Intense purple and black cherry colour. Inviting forthcoming aromas, classic to this South African variety, bramble berries, red cherries, dried banana, violets and hints of vanilla. Smooth and silky tannins, full rounded the palate with loads of fruit that lingers for long.

Winemaking
Hand harvested from selected Pinotage vineyards. Destemmed and crushed, cold soaked and then fermented on the skins for at least a week. A portion of this wine, at least 30% of the blend, comes from our barrel matured Pinotage, and the rest from our Pinotage in stainless steel tanks, fermented on oak chips to add to the complexity.
